A leadership program for leaders who are building and scaling companies, based on how we develop leaders in our own companies. The program is together with our co-founders.
From Talent to Founder
At A&CO, we believe exceptional people should build great companies. Many founders got their start here as interns, analysts or tech leads. Some left to sharpen their skills, then came back to build with us. Others went on to build their own.
Mie joined A&CO as an intern before becoming Co-founder and CEO of Olio. After working at BCG, she returned to company building as Co-founder and CEO of Medipath.
